I’m 12 years old, I build entirely on a $150 POCO C55 Android phone, and I manage a portfolio of developer tools under a tech holding company called HYNAWEB.

How is that possible without burning out or crashing my phone?

It’s not about working harder. It’s about structure, ruthless prioritization, and strategic partnerships. Here is the exact blueprint of how I run HYNAWEB.

The "Holding Company" Mindset

When you build multiple apps (like my AI mentor KODA and my developer social network Dojo Feed), they can quickly become a messy pile of GitHub repos.

Instead of treating them as random side projects, I grouped them under HYNAWEB.

A holding company structure forces you to think like a CEO, not just a coder. It means:

Shared Resources: All projects use the same Supabase backend architecture.
Unified Branding: They all share the same community (the KODA Dojo Discord).
Clear Prioritization: I know exactly which project gets my focus each week.

The Power of Division of Labor

The biggest bottleneck for any solo founder is time. You can’t be the backend engineer, the UI designer, the marketer, and the community manager all at once.

This is why I brought on Akhouri Anmol Kumar, Founder of Akhouri Systems, as my Co-Founder and CTO.

We split the responsibilities based on our strengths:

Akhouri (The CTO): Handles the heavy technical architecture, website deployment (we just launched hynaweb.vercel.app), and SEO optimization.
Me (The Founder): Handles mobile-first UI/UX, community growth, Dev.to marketing, and product vision.

Founder Tip: You don’t need a co-founder to write your code. You need a co-founder to cover your blind spots.

📱 The $150 Phone Constraint

Building on a POCO C55 means I can’t run heavy local servers, compile massive React bundles, or keep 50 Chrome tabs open.

This constraint actually makes me a better developer because it forces me to write clean, optimized, and lightweight code.

My Mobile-First Tech Stack:

Frontend: Vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. (No bloated frameworks).
Backend: Supabase. (The dashboard works perfectly in my mobile browser, and Row Level Security handles all my auth needs).
Hosting: Vercel and Netlify. (Fast edge deployments that don't require heavy local builds).
AI Integration: Groq and OpenRouter APIs for KODA’s AI features.

🔄 The "Build, Grow, and Exit" Philosophy

Here is a secret about running a holding company: You don’t have to keep every project forever.

Some projects are built to be your flagship products (like KODA). Some are built to solve a temporary problem, grow a specific community, and then be sold or open-sourced to fund the next big thing.

Knowing when to hold onto a project and when to let it go is what separates a hobbyist from a founder. HYNAWEB is designed to be agile. We build, we add value, and we make strategic decisions about our assets.
