The Dubai Land Department, through RERA, has opened the second phase of its Emirati Real Estate Business Incubator, a six month programme designed to turn UAE nationals into founders of their own licensed brokerage firms. This round accepts 25 participants, with registration closing on 25 May 2026 after a successful first cohort.
The curriculum covers licensing, operations, marketing and financial discipline, with a strong focus on technology, AI and professional ethics. Participants get mentors and direct access to developers, delivered in partnership with Dubai Silicon Oasis, the New Economy Academy and RIT Dubai.
RERA chief executive Eng. Abdullah Ahmed Al Shehhi said the goal is to equip Emirati brokers to build brokerage firms that last, strengthening a more stable, locally rooted market and feeding Dubai's wider ambition for a knowledge based economy.
