Brand B has not necessarily made a better product — but it has given every signal that it expects its products to be evaluated on their merits. Brand A has not.
Honest Limitations
This framework is not perfect, and I want to be upfront about that.
- Review manipulation is real. Aggregate review patterns are useful, but they can be distorted. Volume matters alongside content — a brand with 4,000 varied reviews is more assessable than one with 200 uniformly positive ones.
