3. After-hours leads get a scheduled first touch. Since 60% of enquiries arrive after business hours, I don't wait for morning. I set a reminder to call within the first hour of the next day — and I use the follow-up log so nothing slips.

4. No lead gets one attempt. The ClosingFox data shows 63% of failed leads got a single call. My rule: minimum three attempts across different times and channels (call, then WhatsApp, then a follow-up the next day). Persistence is where most agents leave money on the table.

5. Weekly pipeline review. Every Sunday, I open the "Needs Follow-Up" and "Stale" views. Anything that hasn't had contact in 48 hours gets actioned or deliberately killed. Nothing rots silently.
