To integrate PayPal into your website or SaaS with FreshLimePay Cloud, first make sure you have a PayPal Business account. Then, simply follow the step-by-step guide to complete the integration quickly and smoothly—without spending long hours stuck on technical issues.
- Go to PayPal sign in (https://www.paypal.com/signin) to sign in with your PayPal business account.
- Go to PayPal Developer Dashboard here: https://developer.paypal.com/dashboard/
- Click on "Apps & Credentials"
- Click on "Create App"
- A popup shown like this:
- Simply enter "Test":
- A new Test App in Paypal will be created and you will see client key and secret key like this:
Those two keys will be imported into FreshLimepay to configure PayPal.
- Now go to FreshLimePay Cloud: https://cloud.freshlimepay.com/
- Click on Start Free button:
- You will see the web page which ask you sign in with your Google user account
- Here I use my Google user account to login as well as register.
- After sign in, you will redirect back to the home page
- Click on Dashboard button to go to Dashboard
- At the first time, FreshLimePay will redirect you to Setup Onboarding
- Scroll a bit to the bottom, you will see button "Connect Payment Provider" and click on it:
- You will see Update Settings page like this:
- Go back to the Test App in PayPal to copy both Client Id and Secret Key and paste them into Update Settings page
- Click on "Update" button to configure PayPal and you will see like this

Go to Dashboard page: https://cloud.freshlimepay.com/dashboard
Click on "My Checkout Buttons" and you will see like this
- Click on "Add" button:
then, you will see:
- Enter all fields like this:
- Click on "Create Payment" button:
then, you will be redirected back to My Checkout Buttons view:
- Click on "See Integrations" link
then, you will see code snippet to insert into your website/SaaS
- You click Copy icon to copy all code snippets:
- Open Visual Studio Code (if you don't install VS Code yet, download VS code here), then create index.html like this:
- Paste all copied code snippets into this web page:
- Save the web page, click on Go Live like this:
If there is no "Go Live" your VS Code, install Live Server extension in VS Code.
- You will see the final result
