Pull your last 60 days of bank and card statements, not just the ones you remember. List every recurring charge, no matter how small. For each one, ask honestly: was this used in the last 30 days? If not, the rule is simple — cancel it today, not "review it later." Reviewed later means never; the charge just becomes invisible again.
Why 60 days, not 30
Some subscriptions bill monthly but on a date that falls outside a single 30-day statement window, and annual subscriptions won't show up at all in a short window — worth a separate check of anything billed once a year.
