The CMCU-05 is an industrial-grade single-channel RS485 thin film pressure transmitter launched by RunesKee Technology. It is compact, stable, and reliable, making it suitable for device control, sensor data acquisition, and other scenarios requiring communication via RS485 serial ports.
Key Features:
- Power supply range: 5~24V;
- Operating environment: -40β to 85β;
- Supports 1 RS485 serial port;
- Low power consumption: below 0.1W;
- Communication format: Baud rate 9600 (adjustable), 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity;
- Communication protocol: MODBUS-RTU protocol, supporting function codes: 03, 06, 16 (0x10);
- Resolution: 1/65536
- Address range: 1-247, default is 1;
- Configurable parameters include calibration, average filtering, baud rate, communication address, pressure value, etc.
Note: The screen version adds a display screen to this screenless version, but the manual parameters and software usage remain the same.

4.3. Computer Side: Install USB Driver
Connect the hardware side properly and plug it into the computer's USB port.
Then open the USB driver file included in the provided materials and double-click to install the CH340/CH341 driver.

After successful USB installation, open the computer's Device Manager to check the corresponding COM port number.

5.Computer Side: Software Usage
Open the software and select the port number (if the port number is not displayed in the dropdown menu, you can manually enter the corresponding port number). Once connected, it is ready for use.

The software features a graph display function in the top-left corner, where you can click to view the pressure curve.
Multiple transmitters can be networked to display multiple pressure curves, with a maximum of 10 curves displayed simultaneously.

6.Networking Methods
6.1 Networking Methods
[Step 1]
Set the address number: Before connecting the network, each transmitter must be assigned an address (configured via the software or through commands);
[Step 2]
Wiring: Connect all V+V-A+B- pins together, resulting in 4 wires to be connected to the 4 pins of the RS485 serial module.
(Power can be shared, but it is recommended to power each transmitter independently.)
[Step 3]
Computer communication: Connect the serial module to the computer software, enter the networking interface, or select a specific address to collect data.
Device communication: Connect to industrial control equipment like PLCs and send commands to the corresponding address to receive data.

6.2 Wireless Networking
[Step 1]
Set the address number: Before connecting the network, each transmitter must be assigned an address (configured via the software or through commands);
[Step 2]
Wiring: Connect all V+V-A+B- pins together, resulting in 4 wires to be connected to the +-AB terminals of the RS485 wireless transceiver board's transmitter. (Power can be shared, but it is recommended to power each transmitter independently.)
[Step 3]
Computer communication: Connect the wireless receiver module to the computer software via USB, enter the networking interface, or select a specific address to collect data.
Device communication: Connect the wireless receiver to the AB lines of industrial control equipment like PLCs. The receiver requires power, and data can be received by sending commands to the corresponding address.

6.3 Fully Wireless Networking
[Step 1]
Set the address number: Before connecting the network, each transmitter must be assigned an address (configured via the software or through commands);
[Step 2]
Wiring: Each transmitter is equipped with an independent wireless transmitter. Connect V+V- to the power supply and A+B- to AB (the transceiver board can also power the transmitter simultaneously).
